When does billing start?
Never on a demo. The 14-day demo is free; partner billing begins only when a client converts to a paid plan.
Who owns the client account?
Your client owns their tenant and sets your access level (none, read-only or manage), which they can change or revoke at any time. Ownership, billing and access stay independent.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum. Add clients over time; you set your own client pricing, and your partner discount grows with volume.

What do I get as a partner?

Do you need access to my clients' systems?
No. norppa.io observes what your clients' domains publish to the internet: DNS records, certificates and web servers. We install no agents, ask for no credentials and change nothing. For each gap we propose the exact change; you or your client make it, and we confirm the result from outside.
